In UNISMART, you can easily define who needs to provide what signatures and possibly also what payment at what point. The customer receives an automatic notification via SMS or email that the PDF document is securely available in UNISMART for signing and, if applicable, paying. The customer provides digital signatures using his own signature device or by entering an electronic OTP pin for easy signing. After the customer has signed and paid, your agent will also receive a notification and can sign the document digitally, complete it, and store it in the cloud in a legally secure manner for your customer.
